Joyce Elaine Colyer, 62, of Little Rock passed away Friday, November 6, 2009. She was a homemaker and a member of the Reorganized Church of the Latter Day Saints. Her passion and hobby was working in her garden with flowers.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Paul Colyer of Little Rock; sister, Shirley Stahl of Webster City, Ia; brother, Charles Stahl (Melanie) of Meridian, Ms; two nieces, Stephanie and Brittany Stahl of Meridian, Ms. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Dorothy Stahl.
