Joyce Scott Langston age 71 of Arkadelphia died Wednesday, April 2, 2014.  She was born September 28, 1942 in Clark county the daughter of George W. and Rosie Cobb Scott.  She was a retired cosmetologist and a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church. 
 
 Survivors include one daughter, Cynthia (Donald) Dawson of Depoe Bay, Oregon, three grandchildren, Wren, Dustin, and Gary, four great grandchildren, Jordon, Ryan, Laela, and Lilia, three brothers, Glen (Barbara) Scott and Darrell (Brenda) Scott all of Arkadelphia and Cecil Scott of Hot Springs, one sister, Doris (Darrell) Love of Arkadelphia, one sister-in-law Shirley Scott also of Arkadelphia, and her loving faithful dog, "Mollie".
 
A memorial service will be 10 AM Friday, April 4th in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Brother Roger Reid officiating.  There will be no formal visitation. 
 
Memorials may be made to the Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
