Joyce McClatchy

Joyce McClatchy, 75, of Beebe, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord July 30, 2017. She worked ten years at Baptist Hospital and seven years at Clearview as a Registered Nurse before her retirement. Joyce was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church. She loved her church and her church family. Joyce was the best mother in all the world, and her grandchildren, who called her "Grandma" were very special to her. She always said "Don't bring me gifts, bring me pictures of my grandchildren".
Joyce is survived by her husband of 54 years, Bill McClatchy; four children, Kim (Don) Combs of Greenville, South Carolina, Keith (Claudia) McClatchy, Karen (Tony) Frisbee and Kasi (Kevin) Dorobek, all of Beebe; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother Kenneth Brandon; and sister Sandra Blackman.
She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, with funeral to follow at 3:00 p.m. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery.
