Joyce was born on April 2, 1942, in Amity, Arkansas, to Grover Lee Holcombe and Vina Mitchell Holcombe. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose gentle spirit and caring heart touched the lives of all who knew her.

Joyce was a beautiful soul who always put others before herself. She had a generous heart and found joy in caring for the people she loved. She especially loved her flowers and spending time working in her yard. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Vernon Joe Osborn; her parents, Grover Lee and Vina Mitchell Holcombe; her brother, Danny Holcombe; and her grandson, Christopher Cagle.

Joyce leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness that will live on through her family and all those who were blessed to know her. Though she will be deeply missed, her family takes comfort in knowing that she is now at home with the Lord, reunited with those she loved who went before her.
