Joyce Ann Westfall, 87, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on September 18, 2025. She was born on May 24, 1938, in West Helena, Arkansas, to a loving family who nurtured her lifelong faith and joyful spirit.

Joyce was blessed with three great loves in her life. She was preceded in death by her first husband Robert Williamson, with whom she had two children, Russell (Laurie) Williamson and Karen (Bob) McDaniels. She is also preceded in death by her second husband, Bill Westfall, gaining two additional children, DeAnn (Larry) Tate and Nicki (Phil) Morgan. She is survived by her third love and companion, Randall Carroll, her brother, Dwayne (Wanda) Ramsey, and her four aforementioned children, who brought her endless pride and purpose. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren (with twin boys on the way), all of whom were the lights of her life.

Joyce lived a full, vibrant life and embraced every opportunity for adventure. She visited all 50 states and more than 15 countries, often traveling by RV with friends and family. She was an avid painter, scrapbooker, and puzzle enthusiast who also loved shopping, playing cards with her friends, and cheering on her beloved Arkansas Razorbacks. A proud member of the Good Sam’s Club, Red Hat Society, and Sweet Adelines, Joyce never missed a chance to connect with others and share her passions.

Her faith was the foundation of her life. Joyce was a lifelong member of Gaines Street Baptist, Olivet Baptist, and Geyer Springs First Baptist Churches, where she was deeply involved in many activities over the years. Her warmth, generosity, and steadfast belief in God touched all who knew her. Her love for the Lord was strong, and her faith never wavered even through the many hardships she experienced. She was an example to all of us of what it means to lean on Him in every season. Her strength and trust in God during those difficult times were an inspiration to us all.

Joyce’s life was one of love, laughter, music, and faith. She will be remembered for her adventurous spirit, creative heart, and the deep love she poured into her family and friends.
