Joycelynn Turner

Joycelynn Lane Turner, 5, born January 21, 2017 at 25 weeks, a micro-preemie weighing 1 pound 10 ounces, passed away peacefully in her mother’s arms on February 3, 2022. From the beginning, she was a true firecracker that beat to her own tune. She had a beautiful heart and soul that brought “Joy” to everyone that knew her.

She had many loved ones waiting for her, including her great-grandmother, Donna Daughtery; grandparents, Joey and Gary Arnold; grandpa, Scott Turner; and her uncle, Patrick Larry.

Left behind to honor and tell her story, her momma and daddy, Adam and Melony Turner; brothers, Logan Cooney and Josh Turner; great-grandfather, Bob Daughtery; grandmother, Melody Crutchfield; aunts and uncles, Eric and Melissa Alumbaugh, Mark Turner, Jake and Ashely Turner, Jason Freeman, Chad and Erica Fuller, Robert and Brook Sinclair, her Nannah, Hannah Cater; Mimi and Papaw, Greta and Jerome Cater; her KK, Karisa Craig; and our entire Arkansas Children’s Hospital family; and all the others whose lives she impacted.

We would like to specifically thank everyone from ACH and MEMS unit 714. You’ll forever hold a special place in our hearts.
