Juanita Charlotte Palmer
Juanita Charlotte Palmer passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026. She was born on March 9, 1930, to John Thomas Woelfle and Minnie Mable (Batts) Woelfle. She married Frank Irving Palmer on February 13, 1953, and they raised two children. She and her husband moved to several Air Force bases during her husband's military career. After retirement from USAF, they both became employees of the SOWCO in Searcy, Arkansas. She retired in 1995 as office manager.
"Miss Charlotte" is survived by her two children, Donna Lais Palmer (Don) Revelee and Frank Thomas (Debbie) Palmer; eight grandchildren Jenny, Sy, Benjamin, Sam, Annie, Daniel, Amber and Amy; eleven great grandchildren Layla, Jack, Max, Palmer, Andrew, Logan, Kensi, Crowley, Luke, Oliver and Dawson.
Visitation will be Monday August 3, 2026, at 10:00AM followed by service at 11:00AM at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, Arkansas. Burial will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at Memphis Memory Gardens Cemetery. Online guest book at www.smithfamilycares.com
