Judy E. Smith, 75, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2017. She was born March 14, 1942 in Laurel, Mississippi to Mattie Christine Russell.
She is survived by her husband, Tim Smith; son, Mark Duboise; grandchildren, Amber German (Robert), Corey Shumate (Emily) and Tommy Duboise (Jenna); and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother; and her daughter, Diana Payne. Cremation arrangements by Smith- North Little Rock Funeral Home. The family of Judy Smith will be conducting the graveside service at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at 12:00 PM Monday, October 23, 2017.
