Julia "Judy" Ann Barre

Julia Ann (Judy) Barre, born January 26, 1940, went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 19, 2026. She was proceeded in death by her parents, Carl F. Lukas and Cecilia Lukas, along with her husband, Henry Bart Barre. She is survived by her brothers, Bob Lukas of Elkins, Arkansas, and Don Lukas of North Little Rock, Arkansas, along with her five children, Beatrice Barre Hindman, Anna (Robert) Massery, Catherine (Jack) Lahmann, Deborah (John Jr.) Minor, Bart A. Barre, 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. 

Judy and Bart were longtime members of Immaculate Conception Church of North Little Rock, raising their children there. After retirement, they enjoyed many years together at their home in Romance, Arkansas after which Judy moved to Conway and joined Saint Joseph Church. She enjoyed volunteering at the St. Joe Flea Market and was a vigilant prayer warrior for the W2W prayer group. She enjoyed playing games and cards with her family and mah-jongg with her daughters. 

Funeral services will be held at St. Josephs Catholic Church on June 29, 2026, starting with a rosary at 10:30 a.m. followed by a mass of Christian burial at 11:00 a.m. Immediately following will be a private burial service in Pocahontas, Arkansas.
