Julie Anne Simmons, 36, of Newton, Iowa went to be with the Lord Thursday, October 19, 2006. She was member of Harvest Ministries in Newton, Iowa.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Simmons, of Newton, Iowa; four sons, Paul, Christian, Noah, Joshua; father, Gene Pelkey and step mother, Topsy Pelkey, of Maumelle; mother, Agnes Connor and step father, Paul Connor, of Sholow, Arizona; four sisters; a host of family and friends and her two cats, Fluffy and Trouble. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.
Memorials may be made to Harvest Ministries, Community Height Alliance Church, 1000 East 12th Street South, Newton, Iowa 50208.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 P.M., Monday at Maumelle First Baptist Church. Arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
