Kaitlyn Nacole Wyles, of Beebe, Arkansas, was born November 3, 2000, in Beebe, and passed away on September 1, 2015. She was fourteen years of age and in the ninth grade at Beebe High School. She was an outstanding athlete and student. She played football for five years, and was the only girl on her Beebe 7th grade team. Kaitlyn also played basketball, and was catcher on her fast-pitch softball team. She was a great older sister to her brother, Logan, whom she always looked after.

Kaitlyn is preceded in death by her great-grandparents, John and Jean Cook, and Clyde and Betty Singleton; great-uncles, J. M. Cook, Steve Smirl, and Paul Carroll; her cousin, Heather Cook Cater; grandmother, Betty Gail Wyles; and uncle, Jeffery Dale Wyles.

She is survived by her mother, Christy Singleton Wyles; father, Gaylon Wyles; and brother, Logan Wyles; her grandparents, Phil and Sherri Singleton; and Alfred Wyles; uncle, Allen Singleton; and a host of great-aunts and uncles and cousins, who will miss her dearly.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W. Dewitt Henry Dr., Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at Union Valley Baptist Church, 932 Hwy. 64 W., Beebe, with burial in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, a certified Veterans Care provider.
