Karen Sue Erwin age 61 of Arkadelphia died Saturday, October 13, 2012 in Little Rock. She was born August 9, 1951 in Clark County Arkansas the daughter of the late Freeman and Johnnie Watts Palmer. She was a longtime member of Mt. Bethel Baptist Church, formerly worked at Rainbow Challenge and Allcare Pharmacy in Arkadelphia and was a caretaker.
Survivors are her husband, Bryan Erwin; one son, Chris Garrett and his wife, Jeana of Little Rock; one daughter, Amanda Riley and her husband, James "Jay"; one brother, Charles Palmer; one sister, Darlene Fendley and her husband, Dub all of Arkadelphia; three granddaughters, Makenzie, Makaylee and Kaidence Riley.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 17th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Charlie Williams and Bro. Chad Cox officiating. Interment will be at Jones Cemetery at Amity. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may made to Mt. Bethel Baptist Church.
