Katie Lou "Sissy" Spradlin, age 80 of Gurdon died Wednesday, April 30, 2008 in Little Rock. She was born April 29, 1928 in Okolona, AR the daughter of John Wiley and Carrie Mae Crow Spradlin. She was a retired nurse and a member of the Smyrna United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Jackie Yancey of Cabot, AR and Jerry Yancey of Woodville, TX, six grandchildren and a host of great and great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Saturday in the Smyrna United Methodist Church with Pastor David Owens officiating. Burial will be in the Smyrna Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Friday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
The family would extend special thanks Golden Years Manor in Lonoke and Baptist Health in Little Rock.
