Kay Jonnene McKoy Morgan, 89, of Maumelle, took her last breath on January 27, 2026.

Kay was proud to be Distinguished Elder of the Chickasaw Nation.

Kay has always had a big heart for animals, especially cats. She liked to spend her days in her chair with Yancey (her current favorite cat) in her lap.

She enjoyed strolling through her yard, talking about her flowers and her plans for the next season. She was an amazing cook and was adept at coming up with a meal from whatever was in the pantry. Her children still enjoy her special recipes.

Dancing brought extraordinary joy. Kay and Horace spent many hours on the dance floor. She was active in Little Rock Bop Club for many years.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Horace Aaron Morgan; son Oswin Paul Hollenbeck; daughters Laura (Joe) Allison and Kathy (Ray) Allen. Grandchildren: Brent (Rebekah) Allison, Tara (Casey) Allison-Fielding, Heather Brown, Nate (Dee) Allen, Jacob (Niki) Allen, Hannah (Eric) McMullen, Charlotte Allen, and 20 great grandchildren. Brother John H. McKoy III.

Preceded in death by her parents, John H. and Kathryn (Witt) McKoy, and grandson Isaac Allen.
