Kayla Marie Plyler

Kayla Marie Plyler, age 32, of Glen Rose passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024. She was born March 5, 1992 to the late Jimmy Carl Plyler, Sr. and Shannon Lee (Wingfield) Plyler. Kayla enjoyed her Chinese food and cherished her make-up, perfume, and stuffed animals. Tie-dye was her favorite color. Kayla always referred to those she loved as her family. Her infectious laugh will never be forgotten. In addition to her parents, Kayla is preceded in death by both her paternal and maternal grandparents.

Left to cherish her memory is her step-mother, Tracie Plyler of Benton; siblings, Jimmy Carl Plyler, Jr. (Sonya) of Bearden, Steven Plyler of Gurdon, Robert “Bobby” Plyler (Amanda) of Hot Springs, Mackenzie Rushing of Benton, and Erica Durham of Bryant; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel. Arrangements are by Smith Family Funeral Home/Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel, 517 Clay Street, Arkadelphia, Arkansas 71923.
