Kelly Deanne Ramsey, 61 of North Little Rock passed away on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. She was born in Little Rock on July 3, 1958. Survivors include her daughter, Taylor Osborne (Ryan), grandson Jackson, and her mother, Karen Scharfenberg.
Memorial Service Tribute is 3:00 p.m., Friday, December 27, at Smith-Sherwood Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to service, 2:00-3:00 p.m.
