Kendall Phillips,Sr.

Kendall Lee Phillips, Sr., 92, went to be with the Lord on August 29, 2026. He was born on April 20, 1934, to David Blanks Phillips and Nola Bailey Phillips. Kendall is preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 71 years Anna Eloise Powell Phillips, his infant daughter Rita Louise Phillips (1954), his son Brian Clayton Phillips (age 17), his siblings David Phillips Jr, Owen Ray Phillips, Clarence Lynn Phillips, Francis Rose Powell Phillips, and Tommy John Phillips.He is survived by his sons Kendall Lee (Lynette) Phillips, Jr of Conway, AR, and Roger Allen Phillips of Newport, AR, grandchildren, Geoffrey Kendall (Ashley) Phillips of Sherwood, AR, and Jonathan Ryan (Chelsea) Phillips of Horseshoe Bend, AR, and great grandchildren Gracyn Elizabeth Phillips, Lincoln Jude Phillips and Judah Kendall Phillips, along with other nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. at the Smith Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe, AR. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m., with private burial at Bayou Meto Cemetery in Jacksonville, AR. In lieu of gifts or flowers, please consider financial contributions for the Kitchen Committee at Kendall’s church, Victory Baptist Church in Cabot.
