Kenneth Reed Bartlett, 86, of Little Rock, a great father and husband and friend to all, passed away July 29, 2011. Born in Urbana, Arkansas to Ted R. and Blanche Cromwell Bartlett, he was a member of Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church where he was a past president of the Seniors Group. He also belonged to the VFW and the American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Rose D'Anna Bartlett; daughters, Diana Bartlett (John Milton) of Claremont, California and Rosemary Bartlett of Haslet, Texas; sisters, Helen M. Leoty of Tallulah, Louisiana and June Hall (Richard) of Danville, Illinois; and his brother, Clyde H. Bartlett (Marie) of Glenmore, Louisiana.
A Rosary Service will be held on Monday, August 1 at 7:00 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). The Funeral Mass will be celebrated by Rev. Erik Pohlmeier at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 2 at Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Holy Souls or to the Msgr. Francis Allen Trust Fund, 1003 N. Tyler, Little Rock, AR 72205.
