Kenneth L. Higgs, 82, of Austin, Arkansas, passed from this life on June 24, 2009. He was medically retired from Strickland Truck Line as a truck driver.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia A Higgs; his mother and step-father, Ella and Finis Bagby, of Little Rock; father and step-mother, Lafe and Effie Higgs of Jerusalem; and one brother, Harold Bagby of Houston, Texas.
He is survived by brother, John Bagby of Alexander; sisters, Helen Ashley and Lisa Bennett of Little Rock; brothers and sisters in Jerusalem area; sons and daughter-in-laws, Dewey (Dub) and Melba of Austin, Robert and Beth of Springdale, Kirby of Mayflower, and Mark and Diane of Carlisle; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; many nephews, nieces and friends. Kenneth will be greatly missed.
