Kenneth Latrail McElroy

Kenneth L. “Kenny” McElroy passed away on June 11, 2026. He was born in San Diego, California, to Sharron and Kenneth McElroy.

Kenny spent 40 years of his life in Southern California, a place his heart never truly left. No matter where life took him, he was loved by many and made friends wherever he went.

Above all else, Kenny was a devoted family man. He loved being a father and cherished his children dearly. He was especially close to his mother, whom he spoke to daily. He enjoyed taco trucks, rock music, and spending peaceful mornings sitting on the front porch feeding the birds. Kenny also adored his beloved little dog, Roxy. Kenny took great care of those he loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Stacey; his children, Kamryn, Khloe, and Kenny; and his stepchildren, Aaron, Azariyah, and August. He is also survived by his mother, Sharron McElroy; his father, Kenneth McElroy; his brothers, Brandon, Kamal, Shakir, and Akili; his sister, Takiyah; along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

Kenny’s love for family, music, and life’s simple joys will be remembered always, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
