Kevin Wayne Brady, 55, of Beebe, Arkansas, passed away on February 24, 2026, just one day shy of his 56th birthday.
Born on February 25, 1970, Kevin was known for his deep kindness, unwavering love for his family, and the way he consistently showed up for the people he loved. Family was the center of his world, and he made sure everyone felt supported, valued, and cared for.
Kevin was a devoted member of First Baptist Church, where his faith and fellowship were an important part of his life.
He had a true passion for sports. Whether cheering from the sidelines, talking stats, or serving as commissioner of his fantasy football league, he brought energy, laughter, and friendly competition to every season. He didn’t just love sports – he loved the camaraderie, the memories, and the connection it created. More than anything, he loved being present. If there was a game, an event, or a gathering, Kevin was there.
Kevin cherished his friendships deeply. He shared a special bond with his best friends, Cary Rogers and Roosevelt Shelton, whose friendship meant so much to him over the years.
He is survived by his loving mother, Beverly Brady; his uncles and aunts, Guy Bruce, Jr. and Bonnie Bruce, Terry Bruce, Larry Smith, Diane Weaver and Carl Weaver, Velma Greer, Michael Brady, Ed Brady, and Lisa Brady.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Brady; his grandparents, Juanita and Leroy Brady, and Guy Bruce, Sr. and Eula Mae Bruce; his uncle Ronnie Smith and aunt Sheila Smith; his uncle Vic Brady and aunt Denise Brady; and his aunt Donna Smith.
Kevin’s life was a testament to love, loyalty, faith and presence. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew him.
A viewing will be held on Monday, March 2, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Beebe, with burial in Lebanon Cemetery. Online guestbook at www.smithfamilycares.com
