Kimberlee Ann Fort passed peacefully from this world on July 26, 2026. She was born on May 8, 1969, and was a shining light of laughter, mischievousness and adventure. She lived a life that was an example of love, loyalty and truth. She built many beautiful lasting relationships and a legacy of faith, resiliency and strength for those that knew her and loved her. She was a faithful member of Beebe Church of Christ throughout her life and even when her earthly body began to fail her, she remained faithful through her prayers and continuous study of God’s word.
Kimberlee was welcomed into her rest by a host of family members including: her father, Larry Lane who gained his rest in 2020, her mother-in-law Shirley Fort who gained her rest in 2023 and her brothers in law Lenny Fort in 2020 and Doug Langston earlier this year.
Kimberlee leaves behind the love of her life, David Owen Fort and their two beautiful sons, Zackary Owen and Braydon Lane. She is survived by her mother, Bettye Lane, her brother Mark Lane along with his wife, Gwen and their three daughters and their families. Also, cherishing her memory are her father-in-law, Leonard Fort and her sister-in-law, Terri Langston and her two daughters and their families.
As well as building a beautiful home and caring for her family, Kimberlee had a productive career in office management in the area of legal services. She was meticulous with her record keeping and kept accounts with fidelity. She worked tirelessly to do her part to bring justice to the oppressed and abused.
Kimberlee will be remembered for her strength, kindness, and unwavering love for her family and for her savior, Jesus Christ. While on this earth, she created beautiful and colorful memories that will comfort her loved ones until we all meet again in the glorious presence of God in Heaven.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 10:00 am in the chapel at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W. Dewitt Henry Drive, Beebe. In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Carti. Online Guestbook at www.smithfamilycares.com
