Larnell Clinton “L.C.” Robinson, 86, of Benton, Arkansas passed away February 17, 2022.  He was born June 16, 1935 in Bluff City, Arkansas to the late Wallace and Sula (Nichols) Robinson.

L.C. was an extremely hard worker, retiring from not one, but three places of employment.  He retired as a Senior Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, then retired from the United States Post Office as a rural mail carrier in Gurdon, and finally retired as a driver at Everett GMC.  L.C. worked full-time until he was eighty-two years “young”.  L.C. met the love of his life when she was still in high school.  They eloped and that true love carried them through a wonderful sixty-five years of marriage.  L.C. adored his daughter Regina and enjoyed their daily calls every afternoon.  His pride and joy was his grandsons and great-grandchildren.  He was their number one fans at their ballgames.  L.C. was an avid Atlanta Braves baseball fan and also enjoyed tinkering with cars and doing mechanical work.

Preceding L.C. in death are his parents; and brother, Aubrey Robinson.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, Charlotte Robinson of Benton, Arkansas; daughter, Regina Icenhower and husband Dewayne of Benton, Arkansas; grandsons:  Derek Jester and wife Megan, Cody Icenhower, and Beau Icenhower; great-grandchildren:  Drake, Cade, Colt, Lane and Whitlee ; sister, Linda Thrasher and husband Frankie of Gurdon, Arkansas; his special little dog, Charlie; and many family members and friends who love L.C. and will miss him always.

Graveside service will be held Monday, February 21, at 10:00 AM at Bluff City Cemetery in Bluff City, Arkansas.
