Laura E. Ellis went home to her LORD at approximately 4:30 am on September 5, 2006. She was born in Glenwood, Arkansas to Otis and Lois Prince on October 18, 1931.
She was preceded in death by her husband John E. Ellis, one daughter, Laura Elaine Ellis, and her mother Lois Huff. She leaves behind two sons and their wives, John and Liz of Huntsville, Alabama, and Jim and Tammy of North Little Rock, Arkansas, and five grandchildren; Morgaine, Joshua, Marshall, Drew and Ross. She was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and an active member of Central Baptist Church in North Little Rock.
In memory of her daughter, Laura Elaine Ellis, please make memorials in lieu of flowers to St. Jude?s Children Hospital, 505 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
A graveside service will be held 1:30 P.M., Friday at Roselawn Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 P.M., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
