Lavada Sellers Rhoades, 96, of Maumelle passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013.
She is survived by six sons, Johnny Rhoades, Ennis Rhoades, Clarence Rhoades and wife, Bettie, James Rhoades, Weldon Rhoades, and Elmer Rhoades; daughter, Wilma Laycook; nineteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Rhoades; daughter, Mildred Sue Rhoades; infant daughter, Doris Rhoades; her parents; siblings; daughter-in-law; and sons-in-law.
The family will receive visitors from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be 11:30 a.m, Wednesday at Mayflower Cemetery.
