Laverne Irene Mann, 83, of North Little Rock passed away Monday, November 12, 2012. She was a member of Graves Memorial Baptist Church and an avid deer hunter.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, O.L. Mann, of North Little Rock; two daughters, Barbara Coosenberry (Ronald) and Brenda Mortimer; two grandchildren, Tammy Crosthwait and Rachelle Miller (David); and three great-grandchildren, Lauren Crosthwait, David Lee Miller and Victoria Miller. She was preceded in death by her parents, General Sherman and Essie A. Atchley Mize; two brothers, two sisters and son-in-law, Bruce Mortimer.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday at Arkansas Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest registry at www.nlrfh.com.
