Leoda Myers, 88, of Searcy, Arkansas, was born January 22, 1923, at Newport, Arkansas, and she died Wednesday, April 6, 2011. She was a proud Cherokee Native American. Leoda is survived by her husband, Roma Myers, two grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
