Leola Minton Galloway, 87, was born March 18, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan to Warren “Dub” Minton and Eva LaVerne Minton and passed away July 13, 2026 after a short illness.

Leola was a member of First Baptist Church in Floyd. She loved the Lord wholeheartedly, her family, traveling and she even loved mowing her yard.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Keith Galloway, Sr. of Romance; daughters Robin (Billy) Tanner of El Paso and Connie (Jimmy) Eaton of Conway; seven grandchildren, Keith (Myka) Galloway, Jr., Kara (Brian) Moorehead, Jessica (Dan) English, Matt (Jesi) Daniel, Stacy Daniel and her fiancé Ty Tolbert, Nathan Eaton, Hannah Eaton, and two bonus grandchildren, Brittany (Daniel) Morse and Jessica Tanner; sixteen great grandchildren and numerous other bonus great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; three sisters, Annette (Marvin) Bailey, Viola (Ralph) Martin and JoAnn Hill; her sister-in-law Mary (JC) Munnerlyn, and a host of nieces, nephews and family members.

She was preceded in death by her one true love, Horace Galloway, sister Barbara Hill Holmes, her parents, and one great granddaughter.

Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, July17, 2026, at Floyd First Baptist Church, with Bro. Rodney Westmoreland and Bro. Mike Collier officiating. Burial will be in Butlerville Cemetery. Family will receive friends and family at the home, 211 Cedar Creek Rd., Romance.
