Leona Mary Bredael age 90 of Bismarck died Wednesday, December 15, 2010 in Arkadelphia. She was born October 5, 1920 the daughter of Adolph and Daisy Eichwald.
She was a retired school teacher in the Las Cruces, New Mexico school system and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Arkadelphia. On June 1, 1942 she was married
to Frederick Bernard Bredael. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her sister Margaret Elder and a brother, Robert Eichwald.
Survivors include a niece, Kathleen Ryerson and her husband Ray, a brother-in-law Harold Elder all of De Pere, Wisconsin, a special friend Mae Thomason of Bismarck, her senior companion, Gloria Dayton and her beloved pet cat Bonnie.
Funeral services will be 10:30 Thursday, December 30, 2010 in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Rev. Carroll Jackson officiating. Burial will be in the National Cemetery in Little Rock.
