Leta Ruth Gibby-Troutman age 93 of North Little Rock passed away Monday April 21st, 2008. Leta was born March 28th, 1915 at Copeland Arkansas to Joseph Moody and Clara Goates. She was a Devout Christian and was preceded in death by her parents and her husbands , Rev. Alvis Gibby, R.J. Troutman, 3 sons, Marvin, Ray and Harlen Gibby and 2 brothers, Glen and Harold Moody .
She attended the 1st Assembly of God Church in North Little Rock and the Troutman Chapel in Mayflower.
Leta is survived by her daughter, Gwen Descoteau of Little Rock; 1 sister, Christine Autry of North Little Rock; 2 brothers, Charles Moody of Indiana, Victor Moody of Missouri; 9 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren.
Leta's family invites you to attend a celebration of Leta's life from 5:30-7:30PM Thursday April 24th 2008 at Huson Funeral Home, 7700 Hwy 107 in Sherwood,
Funeral Services for Leta will be held at 10:00AM Friday April 25th, 2008 at the Huson Chapel, followed by a 2:30PM Graveside Service at Pleasant Grove Cemetery at Rupert, Arkansas.
