Lidamae Byram Bowers, a beloved matriarch and a radiant spirit, was born on July 11, 1937, to John Beshears and Ida Foil. Her journey on this earth concluded on June 3, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and creativity that will be cherished by her family and friends.

Lidamae had a profound love for Jesus, which guided her life and influenced all who had the privilege to know her. Her devotion transcended beyond the church, spilling into her passionate hobbies—singing, quilting, and painting artwork that reflected the beauty of the world around her. She found immense joy in gardening and collecting rocks which she viewed as treasures of nature. Her love for ducks brought a playful spirit into her life, embodying her warmth and kindness.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Kathy Baker and Kim (Scott) Wise; Her brothers, William "Bill" (Sherry) Beshears and John (Diane) Beshears Jr., as well as her sister, Mary Costa; Her grandchildren, David Byram, James Shirley, Jenny Black, Tray Pirtle, Angela Lynch, Benjamin Baker, and Alex Baker, and numerous great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Travis "Jim" Byram, and her second, Jimmy Bowers; Her brothers, Waymon Beshears and Dave Beshears; Her son-in-law, Steven Baker, and her great-granddaughter, Rebecca Naples.
