Liladelle Farmer Voss, 91, of Benton passed away July 4, 2026. She was born on January 16, 1935 in Amity, Arkansas to the late Willie Reed Farmer and Alma Pearl (Featherston) Farmer.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory are her children: Margaret Gray, Joyce Patterson, Jerry Matthews (Linda) , and Dara Suddeth (Paul); grandsons: Shane Gary (Kelly), Ryan Matthews (Heidi), Paul Suddeth, JR., (Amy), Drew Gray (Kaylee), Jared Patterson, and Will Suddeth (Paige); eleven great-grandchildren: 7 boys and 4 girls.
"Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the wicked...but his delight in the law of the Lord, and on His law he meditates day and night, He is like a tree planted by streams of water, that yields its fruit in its season, and it's leaf does not wither. In all that he does, he prospers." Psalm 1:1-3
Mother repeated that one highlighted bit of scripture firmly and constantly each day for days and days before she danced into Heaven to see Our Lord and family waiting with open arms to welcome her home.
She's loved and will be missed, but our family can only express our joy that she no longer needs a walker (she'd much rather kick it out of the way than use) but is running in Heaven's sunshine basking in the bone deep warmth (no wearing "COLD 24/7" sweatshirt) found in the Glory of God.
We ask you to celebrate her life with the fond memories and telling of outrageous stories from your time that was spent in her company.
Graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Edgewood Memorial Park, 4200 Division Street, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made by planting a tree in her honor or by making a donation to a charity of your choice.
Services entrusted to Smith-Benton Funeral Home.
