Lillian Foth Kelin

Listen to Obituary

Lillian Foth Kelin passed away on October 3, 2026, just weeks before her 100th birthday. Born on October 22, 1926, in Lehigh, Kansas.

At the age of 12, Lillian moved to a farm northwest of Fairview, a place that became part of the story of her early life. On November 26, 1953, she married W.D. “Bussy” Kelin. Together they made their home in Enid, Oklahoma, for most of their married lives, sharing the years with enduring commitment and companionship. In 2007, she moved to Hot Springs, Arkansas, to be closer to family. She was a dutiful homemaker whose care and steady devotion shaped the home she built and the family she loved.

Lillian was also a proud member of Emmanual of Enid Church. Her life reflected the importance she placed on faith, and those who knew her understood that faith, family, and friends were at the heart of all she cherished.

She is survived by her daughter, Marlis, and Marlis’s husband, Brian Wilcox; her twin grandsons, Jordan Wilcox and Logan Wilcox; as well as one niece, three nephews, and a host of wonderful friends. The love of family remained a lasting blessing in her life, and she leaves behind treasured memories for those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, W.D. “Bussy” Kelin; her parents, Margaret (Penner) Foth and Isaac Foth; her sisters, Jo Seelke, Bernettie Foth, Lorine Perry, and Inez Foth; and her grandson, Matthew Wilcox.

A Graveside service will be held at Enid Cemetery in Enid, Oklahoma on October 10, 2026, at 2:00PM.

Palbearers include Brian Wilcox, Logan Wilcox, Jordan Wilcox, and Loy Perry.

The family would like to thank the residents and staff of Garrett Woods, where she resided for 17 years. The family also thanks the employees and staff of Quapaw Nursing and Rehabilitation, who took excellent care of her.

Lillian will be remembered with love for her gentle devotion to home and family, for the faith that guided her, and for the many lives touched by her kindness and presence. Her memory will remain a comfort to those she leaves behind.
