Lillian Emoline "Ballew" Scott October 26, 1938 – July 5, 2026

Lillian Emoline "Ballew" Scott, 87, of Redfield, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2026, at Baptist Health in Little Rock.

Born on October 26, 1938, in Bluffton, Arkansas, Lillian was the daughter of the late Dood Ballew and Ida Jane Crawford. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, A.J. Scott.

Lillian enjoyed a career in finance, working as an investment banker. She was known for her prim and proper nature, her loving heart, and the kindness she extended to everyone around her. She found joy in tending to flowers, working word puzzles, reading, and looked forward to Friday hamburgers and Sunday tacos with her nephew, Kelly. An animal lover through and through, Lillian especially cherished birds, cats, and dogs.

Lillian was preceded in death by her stepdaughter, Teresa Martin; brother, Ralph Ballew; and sister Emolee Harper.

She leaves to cherish her memory: David (Paula) Scott; William (Shelly) Harper; Ylonda Harper; Gerri (Michael) Temple; Gary (Paula) Harper; Kelly Harper; Michael (Brenda) Ballew; Glenda (Chuck) Gregory, along with many other loving family members and friends.

Lillian's grace, warmth, and gentle spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
