Lillie Lou Langley Cranford, 95, of Sheridan, Arkansas, was born September 3, 1930. Her parents were the late O.W. Langley and Grace Mae Tucker Langley.

On April 6, 1950, she married the love of her life, Buford B. Cranford. The two shared a loving, lasting marriage for 68 years until his passing on July 9, 2018.

Greeted by Buford, her mom and dad, and many other family members, and cherished loved ones who preceded her, Lillie passed through the gates of Heaven to be with her Lord and Savior on November 11, 2025.

As well as her parents and husband, Lillie was also preceded in death by her brothers, Wallace Langley, C.A. Langley, and Charles Langley, along with her sisters, Maxine Brown, Marie Heath and Viola Fitzgerald. Lillie was the last remaining of all her siblings.

Lillie is survived by her son, Gary Cranford, as well as her daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Randy- Springer. She was also a cherished grandmother to her two granddaughters, Tori (Jeff) McLain and Taylor (Josh) Sanders, who were the joy of her life. She is survived as well by six great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and multiple nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation but rather a graveside service at Palestine-Jones Cemetery (located at County Grant 54, Ark Hwy 35 North, Sheridan, AR). The burial will take place immediately thereafter.

The family extends their gratitude to Debbie Hitt, her beloved niece, for her compassionate care and kindness throughout the past year.
