Lily Ruth Hutchinson

Lily Ruth Hutchinson, 88, of Gurdon, died Sunday, June 21, 2026, at CHI St. Vincent in Hot Springs. She was a respiratory therapist. Born March 19, 1939, in Mansfield, Texas, she was the daughter of Bryan Blizzard and Bertha “Edna” Jones. She married R. E. “Bob” Hutchinson on October 15, 1957. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; four brothers; and two sisters.

She is survived by her son, C. W. Hutchinson of Arkansas; her nephew, Jeff Lummus (Dana) of Little Rock; and many dear friends. Lily was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and found great joy in sharing her faith with family, friends, and neighbors.
