Linda Susan Cable, born on July 13, 1952, in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, passed away on January 3, 2026. Linda was a loving mother and dedicated homemaker who devoted her life to creating a nurturing and safe environment for her family.

On March 10, 1970, Linda married her husband, Edward Cable, with whom she made a life and had children with.

Linda dedicated her life to making a loving and safe home for her husband, children, and several fur babies throughout her life as a beloved wife and mother. She had a special interest in gardening and was a member of the Master Garden's Club, and she volunteered at the Humane Society, both of which were in Blytheville, AR. Later, she moved to Hot Springs, AR. for retirement with her family. Linda was a kind, generous, intelligent, caring, and loving woman. She was everyone's mother. Anyone who needed a helping hand or words of wisdom would come to her. She displayed remarkable class, kindness, and integrity throughout her life.

Linda is survived by her loving husband, Edward Cable of Hot Springs, AR; son, Brandon Cable of Hot Springs, AR; daughter, Heather Cable of Hot Springs, AR; brothers, Richard and Charles Sherwood; along with sisters, Diane Burnsworth and Christine Sherwood.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Isaac and Julia Sherwood; and her brothers, Isaac Jr., David Sherwood, Gerald Sherwood, Joseph Sherwood, Frederick Sherwood, and Victor Clark. Linda's legacy of love, care, and compassion will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her. Her memory is a profound reminder of the importance of family, kindness, and community.
