In Loving Memory of Linda Bartis

It is with heavy hearts we announce Linda Darlene Bartis was called home on December 23rd, 2023. Linda was surrounded by family as she peacefully passed away in her home.

Linda was born on February 22nd, 1958 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Sue Hurst Helmick Frazier. From the moment she was born, she brought joy and laughter to all whose life she touched.

Linda graduated from Joe T. Robinson High School in 1976. She pursued multiple careers during her lifetime. She was an extremely accomplished floral designer, compassionate caregiver, and exceptional office manager. However, no job was as important to her as her job being a fiercely devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister.

Linda leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and resilience that will live on in the hearts of her cherished family, friends, and all who were blessed enough to know her.

She was predeceased by her mother, Sue Fraizer and her son, Jason Helmick. She is survived by her husband Peter Bartis; her children Gene Lombardi, Dottie Lindsey, Paul Tucker and stepson Kyle Bartis; her grandchildren Jake Williams, Bryce Lombardi, Noah Lombardi, Trey Brackenridge, Trevor Lindsey, Aaliah Woodward, Colton Woodward, Jace Tucker, Chloe Tucker, Taylor Wankum, Zoe Wankum, and Sophia Wankum; and her siblings Laquana Carlton, Jimmy Helmick, Mike Helmick, and Wanda Harding.

A service for Linda will be held at Griffin Leggett Conway Funeral Home, located at 1752 Dave Ward Drive, in Conway, AR, on Sunday, January 14th, 2023. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m., followed by the service at 3:00 p.m.

May Linda rest in peace and may her friends and family find strength and solace in the love and memories they shared.

'Should friends and family desire, in lieu of flowers, a donation to The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children can be made in her honor.
