Linda Ellis

Ms. Linda Diane Ellis, of North Little Rock, AR, passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at the age of 56.
Diane was born to Clifford Hillman and Lois Hunter on April 28, 1961 in Little Rock, AR. Raised by Bill and Lois Hunter Thomas, she was the youngest of five and attended Mayflower High School.
In 1975, she married her high school sweetheart, Bill Ellis. In their time together, they were blessed with four children (Mike, Lisa, Mark, and Brent) and seven grandchildren (Jaylen Powell, Brayden Ellis, Mckinzie Ellis, Kanyen Ellis, Cade Ellis, Emersyn Ellis, and Marissa Ellis), who were known to all as her pride and joy. They were her life.
She is survived by the love of her life, Bill Ellis, her son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Charray Ellis, her daughter, Lisa Ellis, her son, Mark Ellis, her son and daughter-in-law, Brent and Ellen Ellis, her grandchildren, her sister, Sandy Murphy, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clifford, and step-father and mother, Bill and Lois, her brothers, Jimmy Hillman, Bobby Hillman, and Chuck Hillman.
To celebrate her life, a memorial ceremony will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street. Visitation will be held before the service at 1:00 p.m.
