Linda Fryhover

In Loving Memory of Linda Fryhover March 15, 1961 - May 24, 2025.

Today, the world feels heavier. We lost Linda Fryhover - a beautiful soul, a fierce protector, a woman whose laughter filled rooms and whose love filled our hearts.

Linda was a devoted wife of 47 years and a paramedic for 25 years. She was sharp, funny, and full of fire. Her quick wit could brighten even your worst day, and her strength was the kind you could lean on. She was a warrior for her family - always her children's loudest advocate, their steady source of wisdom, and their greatest cheerleader. Her love was boundless, her spirit unshakable.

She is survived by her parents, Calvin and Jan Shoemaker; her devoted husband of 47 years, Terry Fryhover, and their beloved children: Jamie Smith, Jason Fryhover, and Shelly Presley. Her legacy continues through her cherished grandchildren: Brenndon Palmer, Aiden Davis, Gaige Smith, Hannah Hale (Austin), Hailey Fryhover, Hunter Edgmon, Levi Edgmon, and Asher Presley; brothers, Jim Davis (Linda), Rick Hopper and Chris Shoemaker (Meredith); and many neices, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Linda also leaves behind her beloved pets - Baxter, Brownie, Buddy, Ted, and Dagan - each one a reminder of her deep compassion and joyful heart.

Though she is no longer with us, Linda's spirit lives on in every story told, every laugh shared, and every heart she touched.

Honorary Pallbearers will be her beloved grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025 beginning at 10:00 am with a Celebration of Life service immediately to follow at 11:00 am at Smith Family Funeral Home in Hot Springs.
