Linda Huggins

Linda Marie Huggins, 60, of Little Rock, went to be with her Lord April 27, 2021. Born in Binghamton, New York to Ellwyn and Marie VanVorce, she was an associate pastor at Calvary Church of the Nazarene and subsequently senior pastor of Immanuel Church of the Nazarene and then Mercy Street Church of the Nazarene, which she founded, as well as a former chaplain for Hospice Home Care.

Preceded in death by her father, she is survived by her devoted husband, Chuck Huggins; children, Emily Atkins (Jason), Amanda Ellifrits (Scott), Rachel Pitman (Josh) and Jordan Huggins; her mother, Marie VanVorce; sister, Susan Gilliam (Dan); brother, Kevin VanVorce (Lesley); grandchildren, Savannah, Nathaniel and Miriam Atkins, Zachary and Benjamin Ellifrits, Addison, Chloe and Wesley Pitman; and other extended family and friends.

A visitation will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, May 1, followed by a celebration of her life at 3:00 p.m., at Calvary Church of the Nazarene Family Life Center.
