Lockie N. Golden age 97 of Arkadelphia died Wednesday, January 4, 2012. He was born March 10, 1914 the son of Charlie and Carrie Francis Golden. He was a retired cattleman and a member of the Gurdon First United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wives, Mary Belle Bunn Golden and Lorene Wells Golden, four brothers Virgil "Buster" Golden and Carl, Lester, and Clyde Golden, two sisters, Dena Holder May and Gertie Lind.
Survivors are several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Saturday in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Dr. David Blase officiating. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Arkadelphia. Visitation from 1 PM Saturday till service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Senior Adult Centers of Arkadelphia or Gurdon.
