Lois Christine Brashers

Lois Christine Brashers, 90, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away June 27, 2024. She was born on November 18, 1933 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Clyde and Merle Donham. 

Lois is preceded in death by her husband of over 57 years, Joe Brashers; son, Duane Brashers; and sister, Clyda Barry. She is survived by her sisters, Elsie Mae Alexander (Floyd, Sr.), Martha Alexander (Bob), and Norma Crowder (Roy Kaylan); nieces and nephews, Deborah Alexander, Floyd “Sonny” Alexander, Jr. (Stephanie), Mark Alexander (Melissa), Kevin Crowder (Ellen), Tamela Farley (Steve), and Diane Woodrome (Steve) and a host of family and friends. 

Lois retired after twenty years from Sears. She loved her work in the cashier’s office. She was a faithful member of East Union Missionary Baptist Church and enjoyed listening to Christian music. She was a much loved resident at The Blossoms Nursing Home. 

A funeral service will be held at 10:00AM on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at East Union Missionary Baptist Church (20422 N. Springlake Road) with a visitation thirty minutes prior to the service.
