Lois Helen Grooms, 82, of Mabelvale passed away on February 3, 2018. She was born on September 27, 1935 to William Rogers Johnson and Helen Victoria (Brown) Jackson. Lois was a Bookkeeper with Tax Team Inc.
She is survived by her children, Julia Ann Grooms of Benton, Cathie Sherrell of Mabelvale, Amy Shrum (Mike) of Cabot, Virginia Ross of Lonsdale; grandchildren, Taylor Harris (Chelsea) of Bryant, Sara Harris of Bryant, Christian Harris of Benton, Shannon McNulty of Mabelvale, Holly Hill (Stephen) of Benton and Jonathan Berkshire and fiancé Hailey Squires of Conway, Kyle, Brandon, Kayla and Bryan Shrum all of Cabot, Trey Ross of Little Rock and Matthew Ross of Lonsdale; three great-grandchildren; sister, Glenna Ruth Penny of Little Rock and brother, Roger A. Johnson of Conway. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Gary Gene Grooms.
