Lois Tucker

Lois Belle Tucker, age 95, of Hot Springs, passed away May 27, 2025. She was born December 3, 1929 in Boston, Massachusetts to Frederic L. Grant and Mary (Keen Grant) Trott.

Lois is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry S. Tucker; brothers, Wesley Trott, William Trott and Richard Trott; daughter, Brenda Tucker; son, Arthur Tucker; grandson, Matthew Scott.

She is survived by her son, Frederic C. Tucker; granddaughter, Sarah Hogan and great grandson, Blake Marchese; sisters, Idalene Couch and Pamela Blocker; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of wonderful friends.

Lois Tucker was a beautiful person, a rare gem in the sea of humanity that is sometimes hard to find. She personified what a gentle person is. She had a wonderful smile and expressive eyes that showed warmth, love and care. She loved peace and tranquility and hated conflict and war. She was a woman of unbounding love. She loved nature, watching the birds, squirrels and other small animals scrabble for food. She loved to Beachcombe, looking for interesting shells and treasures in the sand. She loved ice cream, she was never known to turn it away. She loved friends and being there with them, she loved family and being there for them, she loved life all of her 95 years, and she loved Jesus, whom she has gone to be with now. So long dear Lois, see you soon.

A Graveside service will be held 10:00 AM Monday, June 2, 2025 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
