Lola Mae Fair, 95, of Little Rock passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2015. She was born in Gurdon, AR on August 27, 1919 to Hosea R. and Nettie (Smith) Clark. She was an active member of Primrose United Methodist Church and Past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star. Lola retired from the Pulaski County School District, she taught at Oak Grove Elementary, Baseline Elementary and Cloverdale Elementary.
She is survived by nephews, Snow Bush (Tina) of Longview, TX and Gary Bush (Cristin) of Dallas, TX; niece, Patti Bush of Longview, TX; daughter-in-law, Vicki Smith Fair of Houston, TX; brother-in-law, Dr. Paul R. Fair (Marie) of Little Rock; sister-in-law, Vivian Fair of Wye Mountain, AR. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, J. A. (Gus) Fair Jr., son, James Clark Fair, brother, Hosea Robert Clark, Jr., and sister, Linda Jane Clark Bush.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16th at Primrose United Methodist Church with Dr. Richard Gifford officiating. Burial will follow at Primrose Cemetery. Visitation will precede the service starting at 1:30 p.m.
