Lorene Covington Ostrom, 89, of McRae, passed away June 28, 2009. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be missed dearly.
Lorene was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Covington; daughter, Vernell Ellinger; and six brothers and sisters. She is survived by one son Thomas Covington (Wilma) of Cahom, Texas; two daughters, Alice Strayhorn (O.C.) of McRae, and Pam Harris (Louis) of Beebe; ten grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; one sister, Nell Stracner of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and one brother, L.D. Free of Antioch.
