Lorine Willis, 83, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on March 22, 2026. Lorine was born January 7, 1943 in Dumas, Arkansas, to the late L.D. Willis and Pearlie Hillman. She is preceded in death by her son, Christopher Willis and brother Alfred Williams.

She confessed to Christ at a very early age. Mom truly cared for family and others. She liked making flower arrangements and decorating and singing in the church choir. She also was a member of FCC Motherboard where she served as President. Mom attended Horace Man School in Little Rock where she graduated. Mom was employed at Little Rock Furniture Factory. She later worked at Timex Company and later Wards Bus Company in Conway, Arkansas (school busses) where she retired in 2005.

Mom leaves to cherish her beautiful memories and continue her legacy her children; two daughters, Brenda Brown (Timothy) and Melanie Brown (Waymon), one son, Tommy Nelson (Dawana) all of Little Rock; grandchildren, Yoshika Gaines (Edward), Emily Willis, Ashley Brown, Devin Maxwell, Brandon Nelson, Adrian Nelson (Dallas, TX), Kila Brown, and Timothy Brown, Jr., all of Little Rock; and great-grandchildren all of Little Rock; Madison, Mason, Elijah, Gabriel, Davion, Mariah, Tenaya, Edward Jr., Kilan, Keywon, Keon, Desmond, Serenity, Tristian, Domerius. My pastor and First Lady a very best friend, Clara Johnson and a host of cousins and other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on Friday, April 3, 2026 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home (8801 Knoedl Court). A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, April 4, 2026 at Fellowship Christian Church (8923 Sunset Lane, Little Rock) with burial following at Pinecrest Memorial Park at 3:00 PM.
