Lottie Floyd Garner, age 89 of Amity died Wednesday, December 21, 2005 at Arkadelphia. She was born March 30, 1916 near Amity, the daughter of the late Lee & Nada Floyd. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was a devout Christian and was a member of Friendship Church of Christ. Mrs. Garner was preceded in death by her husband of almost 67 years, Kenneth F. Garner.
She is survived by a daughter, Bobbye Garner Jones of Little Rock; a son, Kenneth Garner, Jr. of Arkadelphia; two grandchildren, Brenda and Bruce Jones both of Little Rock; two great-grandchildren, Sasha Coburn and Stormy Jones; one sister, Leola Bean of Arkadelphia; one brother, J.D. "Jack" White of Keithville, LA and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be at 1:30 PM, Friday, December 23, 2005 in Ruggles-Wilcox Chapel with Rev. John Small and Rev. John McAnally officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in Jones Cemetery at Amity. Pallbearers will be her nephews. The family would like to say Thank-you to the staff of Twin Rivers Health & Rehab for their special care and concern during this time.
