Louis McNair

Louis Edward McNair, 81, of North Little Rock passed away on Thursday, October 25th, 2018. He was born in Scott, Arkansas on June 24, 1937 to the late Walter L. and Lina Fleming McNair. Louis was preceded in death by his parents; by brothers, Bill, Leo and Donald McNair; and sisters, Helen Dycus, Lalafaye Daughenbaugh and Mary Sue Anousakes. He was a life-long member of the Scott United Pentecostal Church and had retired from Truck Driving with the Local 878 Teamsters Union.
Louis is survived by his wife of 60 years Janette Kyzer McNair, by his children Janie Pelkey (James) of Mayflower, Steven McNair (Cherie') of Sheridan, Cindy Addie (Robert) of England and Scotty McNair of North Little Rock; his sister, Ida Rowan(Bill); 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Greystone Nursing and Rehab and Kindred Hospice for the loving care they provided.
Funeral services will be held Monday 10:00 a.m. October 29 at the Scott United Pentecostal Church. Visitation will be from 2:30 -4:30 p.m. Sunday at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Keo Cemetery.
